Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kibale

  • Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet your guide, and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park (5-6 hours drive).
  • Check in at your luxury lodge and relax.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

     

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale

  • Early breakfast and head to Kibale Forest for chimpanzee trekking.
  • Spend 1 hour with the chimpanzees and observe their behavior in the wild.
  • After trekking, enjoy lunch and visit the Bigodi Wetlands for birdwatching and nature walks.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Bigodi Wetlands & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

    • Explore the Bigodi Wetlands, famous for its birdlife and primates.
    • After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approximately 3-4 hours).
    • Check in at your lodge and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Day 4: Game Drive & Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth

  • Early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth to view lions, elephants, buffaloes, and more.
  • After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, with opportunities to spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birds.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi – Batwa Community Visit

  • After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (approximately 4-5 hours).
  • Visit the Batwa community for a cultural experience, learning about their traditional way of life.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

  • After an early breakfast, go for a briefing on the gorilla trekking experience.

Day 11: Game Drive & Boat Cruise in Lake Mburo

  • Enjoy an early morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park to view zebras, impalas, topis, and more.

  • Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Entebbe.

Day 16: Departure from Entebbe

  • After breakfast, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
